Live Brief:
Andrew Simms from Badvertising asked for a motion graphic design to be shown during Hay Festival at his talk. This motion graphic should re-imagine a car, airline or fossil fuel company advert so that it communicates their real climate impact.
Outcome:
I adapted an advertisement that I saw from Land Rover with the caption ‘more pull’ to create the impression that the car is pulling up the page of an advertisement, revealing the damage to the environment that will be caused from this car and its contribution to climate change. 
The use of sound during the motion graphic emphasises the importance and severity of the message, especially because the text animates on to the screen in time with the beats.
